Sales Associates 

Our Sales Associate focuses on promoting and selling products or services while providing excellent customer service. They assist customers in finding the right product, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience. This may include tasks like greeting customers, presenting products, and handling payments


Key Responsibilities Include 

  • Customer Service: Greeting customers, assisting with product selection, answering questions, and addressing concerns. 
  • Sales: Promoting products, explaining features and benefits, and closing sales.
  • Merchandising: Ensuring products are displayed attractively and stocked properly. 
  • Inventory: Maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with suppliers. 
  • Payment Processing: Handling cash and credit card transactions, and potentially managing refunds. 
  • Communication: Clearly and effectively communicating with customers, colleagues, and supervisors. 
  • Following Company Policies: Adhering to dress codes, store policies, and safety regulations
